This data is used solely to handle your request, prepare a quote and communicate in the context of a possible collaboration. Processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request and on my legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Your data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. Form submissions are processed via Netlify Forms (Netlify, Inc., United States), which hosts the site and receives the messages. Audience measurement is handled by the Google services described below.

The site uses Google Analytics 4 (ID G-WC6XQ412X1) to analyse site traffic in an aggregated way (page views, source, device). This service sets cookies. You can refuse or delete these cookies at any time via your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Retention period

Data from the forms is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and, where applicable, the business relationship, then archived or deleted. Audience measurement data is kept for the periods defined by Google.

Transfer outside Switzerland

Hosting (Netlify) and audience measurement (Google) involve data processing in the United States. These providers rely on appropriate contractual safeguards to ensure an adequate level of protection.
